For Subscribing Employers/Recruiters
This Agreement is effective as of the date of your subscription and shall remain effective for the duration of any selected Subscription package. Subscriber agrees to pay package price stated and understands that the Subscription must be cancelled by by the Subscriber, otherwise the subscribers credit card will be charged on a recurring basis. This Site/ic2a reserves the right to cancel the Subscription in the event that the Website is discontinued and pro-rated fees will be refunded to the Subscriber.

This Site's CV listing database is solely for use by licensed subscribers. A licensed subscriber is defined as one company at one physical location. Subscriber agrees not to share login and password information with affiliates, branches, divisions, etc. located at any other address. 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties, supercedes any other oral or written understandings, and can only be modified in writing signed by both parties. The parties agree that the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and that the state courts of Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of this Agreement.

Subscriber, by Subscriber's act of registering on line, hereby acknowledges that Subscriber has read and understood the foregoing, and agrees to be bound by this Agreement including all Terms and Conditions.
